In it, I argue that making manageable changes now is a far more sustainable strategy than overhauling our lives in the depths of January.

I know in January we have cupboards full of food and drink that don’t necessarily align with my health goals. Money can be a bit tight after buying presents and going out to social events. The mornings are cold and dark and it takes extra effort to get out to exercise. October feels like a much more manageable time to me…
